Our Leaders

Timi and Folake Oloruntoba

Timi is a seasoned software developer and consultant with a professional background spanning financial services, pharmaceuticals, and the public sector. Folake, is a dedicated professional mentor, who has extensive experience supporting children with special needs in mainstream education and is a qualified Cognitive Behavioural Therapist.

Together, they have been deeply involved in youth ministry, intercession, outreach, missions, and evangelism. In their previous churches, Timi and Folake served as youth Ministers and co-headed the intercession team. Their ministry journey has taken them across Europe and Nigeria on mission work, driven by their passion to see God’s power demonstrated and His people empowered to live victorious lives through the Holy Spirit.

Married for over thirty-two years, they are blessed with a son. They enjoy travelling, walking, and serving together. At Broxbourne Community Church, Timi and Folake lead the prayers and counselling teams, providing pastoral care and guiding others in faith.

Vince and Faith Adon

Vince is a solicitor with over 16 years legal experience. He is the director of a law firm and acts for corporate organisations and individuals from a diverse spectrum of society. He regularly represents clients at the Family and County courts across England and Wales. Faith has a professional background in high-value relationship management, having worked with a leading multinational telecommunications organisation for many years.

They have both known the Lord and served in their previous churches in various capacities from childhood. Vince, a teacher of the Word, began his walk with Jesus at the early age of 9, when he developed a deep passion for the Word and serving others. His dedication to ministry grew over 28 years in his previous church where he last served in a pastoral support role to the lead pastor. Faith, the daughter of a pastor and a gifted worship minister, began singing at the age of 4 and has served diligently as part of the worship team and lead vocalist at her previous church. She brings a unique blend of excellence and a heart for service to the Body of Christ.

Happily married with four lovely children, Vince and Faith are passionate about empowering the next generation and serving the Body of Christ with their diverse gifts. They both enjoy serving together and they both lead the youth ministry at Broxbourne Community Church. Individually, Vince also leads the Welcome and Stewarding Team, and Faith serves as a Worship Minister.
